Joints Pain
I suffered joint pains for many years. Over the years I tried to heal my pain. I am proud to said I have been able to heal the pain. There are many ways to self-healings. Every method is good
Pressure on the pain area
Using a make from bone, with one end, about one inch in diameter and the other end about 0.2inch, the bone is about 4 inches long. Press hard and hold for 1 minute and do it in the area where there is pain. The next day repeat the same process. This method work very well. There are many painful areas, have to do it on the pain area to get rid of all the pain.
Hammer or wood to hit on the painful areas
Using a hammer with rubber is effective, have to find the pain area and bang softy on the pain area.
PANADOL joint and muscle
PANADOL is effective and helps to heal the pain. Going for a day long walk, have to take 2 PANADOL and the legs will be able to walk long distance.
Sweep action to hit a tree trunk
Using the curl of the sole to sweep on a tree trunk with slippers on the foot. Hit the tree trunk like a sweep movement. Hit hard, the sole of the foot send a vibration to the joint of the knee the joint pain will heal.
Using the open hand and hit the painful area
The hitting on pain area allow the blood to circulate.
The sweeping the tree trunk is so far the best method for me.

Plant fertilizer ( preparing in HDB )
Be a responsible residentl
Picking up the dog poo
I walk my dog two times a day and everyday without fail. Rain and no rain. I pick up the poo after the dog does it's business. I have sand in flower pots I dried my dog poo in dried sand. I used the sand to cover the poo and use a mashed potato masher to press on the sand to harden the sand so that flies cannot come out from the poo. After many days the poo harden, I collect it mashed it and store in a container, the sand absorbed the smell and I fertilized the plants with the fertilizer.

Workfare handout and the general election
Hand out in the form of money,
Life is never easy, to my generation. There was never easy money to get money. I spent all my earnings bring food to the table, and paying for a place to stay. Now I am a senior citizen and my income reduced. With low income and small amount of pocket, I used the pocket money to buy food, for my family, I do not have money for myself.
The government handout was to encourage the elder to work or to encourage the elder to vote so they stay on power. Many senior CPF money were used to pay for the flat. The younger generation benefit from the flat because when the senior are gone they will be inherent the flat.
The earnings were spend on the family and the home. There is no money for retirement. The condition is, a senior get Workfare hand out if working. There is no Dole handout in this country, the solution is work until you drop dead in the place of work. I heard a few guys I knew died this way. I think I will be next.

Everything we had possessed by the government. Robbed in the 60's
Our land, our house, our means of living taken by the government.
Life in the 60's, we have nothing, there were no food. Farm and land was robbed, our house was destroyed.
Our property was taken, we were robbed, my sister was the only sibling working. There were 11 mouths in the family, include my sister boy friend. My mother sold illegal egg, in other words, my mother became illegal hawker, every day she had to run away with the eggs when the hawker inspectors came to arrest the illegal hawkers. There were uncertain future. There were no happiness in my mother, became a monster and there were unhappiness in our family. I noticed my mother was happy only lately. My father was a heavy smoker, became a daily rated worker. I remembered we ate pork belly, the pork belly at that time were really fat meat.
The government was the robber, we suffered many year until we grew up and found jobs, and life improved. All of us got married and lived in our own flats. My mother continued her unhappiness, we did not have a happy youth life. Finally my mother changed she was happy again. We have families gethering, my family and my grand son to visit and we are together again.

I made up my mind (year 1980)
Decision
Migrating to Australia.
It was a decision, I made. To begin a life in Australia. I was just married and had a son, to migrate to Australia was a hard decision and a selfish one. My mother was unsettled and unhappy because our attap house in the kampong was possessed by the govt. our whole Family squeezed in to a low housing flat at Kim Keat Road, a two bedroom and a family living room. There were crushes in our family, although I lived on my own, my mother would not allowed us to live peacefully. I decide to get away from the family away from unhappiness.
